Do you replace my bookkeeper or CPA?

No. We sit above the bookkeeping and tax layers, turning their numbers into strategy. We often partner with existing providers—or bring in our own vetted partners if you need them. We also work with clients to install day to day bookkeeping processes that make sense (both logistically and financially) to their business.

What size companies do you help?

Most franchisors have between 10 and 30 locations generating system wide revenues of between $1 million – $10 million. That’s when expert financial guidance moves the needle but a full-time $200k+ CFO doesn’t yet make sense.

How fast can we get started?

We can usually kick off within one week of a signed agreement. The Onboarding phase takes about two-three weeks; insights start flowing in the very first monthly review.
